Site Visit & Measurements

Next, we research your local zoning rules and compare them with California building code requirements. This helps us determine what’s legally allowed on your property.

We visit your property to take detailed measurements of all existing structures. We also take photos and sketches to ensure nothing is missed.

Drafting the Existing Property
Design Implementation
Permit Submittal

We create accurate drawings of your existing home or lot based on our site visit. These become the foundation for your new design.

Once the design is finalized, we prepare a complete set of construction plans. This includes a site plan, floor plan, elevations, and structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.

We submit the completed plans to the city or county building department on your behalf to begin the permitting process.
